18-08-2024I am so sad with this purchase. I love the couch- its size and versatility are perfect for small spaces. The major and glaring problem is that is arrived in terrible and damaged condition.Items from both boxes were damaged. This is not one area of damage. This is multiple items damaged. All of the couch pieces were ripped underneath. The leather front was ripped. The metal base was broken off AND there were loose screws in the box. What makes matter worse, it the terrible customer service. Management should be ashamed. There was zero quality control when this item was shipped to me.The seller wants me to pack it all up again, in the original boxes and packages and send it back. This is likely at least 500 pounds. What I suspect is that someone else did this, and the couch was sent directly to me.My best advice is to avoid this product at all costs and try to find one from a more reputable seller.Such a shame that this company's store standards are so low.I read a similar review from another seller (on the same couch) and hoped that I would be lucky with this purchase. I was not. It's not worth the risk.
